Residence Options Designed Around You

At everg ois, we recognize that support needs vary greatly from person to person and can change over time. Rather than offering a single standard program, we've created three residence levels that provide different degrees of support while maintaining our core commitment to respecting independence and individual preferences.

Each residence option includes private accommodations, three daily meals, access to common areas and gardens, and housekeeping services. The differences lie in the size of accommodations, the level of personalized assistance available, and the range of additional services included. This allows you to choose the option that fits your current situation without paying for services you don't need or want.

Regardless of which residence level you select, our approach remains the same. Staff members treat you with respect, your daily routine is based on your preferences, and participation in activities is always voluntary. The physical environment, meal quality, and access to outdoor spaces don't change between residence levels—only the degree of support and the accommodation size vary.

If your needs change over time, we can discuss transitioning to a different residence level. These conversations happen collaboratively, with your input guiding any decisions. Some residents start with Garden View and later appreciate the additional support of Parkside. Others find that Garden View continues to suit them well long-term. There's no pressure to move up to higher service levels unless you find that would be helpful.
